Project Scope
- The whole slaughter line adopts fully enclosed conveying structure with stable operation, greatly reducing direct human-animal contact and cutting cross-contamination risks from the source.
- All slaughter facilities adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel and sterile conveying system, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, in line with national livestock slaughter food safety standards.
- Supported by digital management system, all links including customs clearance, incoming quarantine, slaughter, cold storage and delivery are fully recorded and traceable to meet domestic and foreign market supervision requirements.
