Project Scope
  • Adopting fully enclosed continuous conveying design and intelligent positioning sorting mechanism, the line ensures uniform cutting size and greatly reduces raw material loss. Automated processes cut manual contact and meet strict processing standards for exported meat products.
  • All conveying belts, cutting tables and tools contacting mutton adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel with detachable structure for easy cleaning and disinfection. Certified by ISO9001 and HACCP food safety systems, the line satisfies inspection requirements of domestic supermarkets and overseas importers.
  • The digital batch traceability system records and tracks all links including sheep breeding, slaughter & acid maturation, cutting processing and cold-chain delivery, complying with domestic supervision and import traceability standards of Middle East and Southeast Asian countries.
  • Equipped with multiple low-temperature acid-ripening warehouses and quick-freezing cold storage, the project relies on national trunk cold-chain logistics to supply domestic cities, with mature customs clearance channels for stable dual development of domestic sales and export business.
  • Equipped with 2 full-automatic cutting & conveying lines dedicated for mutton sheep, supporting carcass acid maturation storage area, fine cutting stations, automatic sorting system, aseptic vacuum packaging zone and quick-freezing access. All equipment is constructed in accordance with domestic food codes and EU export standards.
