Project Scope
- Closed-loop automatic conveying covers all slaughter and cutting procedures with continuous production without manual carcass transfer. Standardized cutting size reduces raw material loss and meets the demand of mass continuous processing.
- All conveying platforms, cutting tools and cleaning facilities contacting meat adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel with detachable structure for thorough cleaning and disinfection. Zoned clean management complies with national livestock slaughter hygiene standards and passes regular food safety inspection.
- Multiple low-temperature acid-ripening warehouses and quick-freezing storage areas are equipped to build cold-chain distribution network covering Southwest China, realizing stable year-round supply of chilled and frozen beef and extending sales cycle.
- Digital traceability system records all information covering cattle origin, incoming quarantine, slaughter processing, cold storage and delivery, meeting traceability inspection requirements of market supervision, supermarkets and catering clients.
