Project Scope
- The whole line adopts advanced slaughtering and cutting equipment combined with AI visual sorting technology to ensure high cutting precision. The fully automatic closed-loop operation features stable and smooth conveying and greatly reduces manual contact, which improves production efficiency and unifies product specifications.
- Main equipment is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and equipped with sterile conveying system. It is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean and disinfect, fully complying with meat processing hygiene standards and eliminating food safety and cross-contamination risks from the source.
- A complete digital management and batch traceability system is established. All information covering sheep breeding, slaughtering, cutting, cold chain warehousing and terminal sales is trackable, fully meeting the requirements of high-end clients and market supervision.
