Project Scope
- Equipped with self-developed intelligent control system, the line realizes full-process automatic operation of cutting, conveying and sorting. The closed-loop conveying system runs stably with accurate positioning, which greatly reduces manual intervention and keeps cutting precision and production stability at the leading level of the industry.
- The whole line is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and equipped with a dedicated sterile conveying system. It is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean and disinfect, fully complying with national hygiene regulations for meat processing and eliminating cross-contamination risks.
- Specially designed according to the processing characteristics of beef carcasses, it can flexibly meet the cutting demands of different specifications of carcasses and various cut parts. It also integrates equipment demonstration, process testing and mass production with a wide range of application scenarios.
- Supported by digital production management and batch traceability system, data recording and tracking are implemented throughout raw material handling, processing, warehousing and delivery. All product information is traceable to meet the food safety control requirements of various clients.
