With this method, the meat retains its original texture and color, maintains a low water-loss rate, and preserves its nutritional value. It is widely used in hotels, supermarkets, restaurant chains, and wholesale markets.
The equipment features a compact footprint, a high level of automation, and dual functionality for both thawing and refrigeration, with low energy consumption. Depending on operational needs, one side can be used for thawing meat blocks while the other side thaws beef quarters or lamb carcasses; alternatively, both sides can thaw meat blocks simultaneously. The system is controlled by a PLC program and includes memory and data storage functions.
