This dehairing machine efficiently removes pig hair after scalding. Carcasses are automatically dehooked and guided through two counter-rotating drums with spiral rubber paddles and scraper fingers for thorough dehairing.
Integrated hot and cold water spray systems improve hair removal and maintain hygiene. Hair is collected and discharged via a lower conveyor.
