Project Scope
  • Closed automatic conveying covers all procedures from frozen material feeding, thawing, draining to semi-finished product transfer to reduce manual contact with raw materials. Equipped with metal detectors and automatic batch temperature & humidity recording system, full-process data of each batch of thawed eel is traceable, complying with HACCP and inspection & quarantine standards for exported aquatic products.
  • Thawing water is recycled after filtration, sterilization and constant temperature adjustment, and sewage is collected and treated to meet discharge standards. It saves over 60% water compared with traditional open water thawing, cuts long-term water cost and meets green production requirements for aquatic processing.
  • The lines are suitable for whole eels, eel segments and vacuum-packed frozen eels of various specifications with precise control of terminal thawing temperature. It meets strict quality standards of high-end exported Japanese kabayaki eel as well as mass low-cost processing demands of domestic prepared dishes and catering ingredients, featuring wide market adaptability.
  • All thawing equipment is equipped with an integrated intelligent central control platform to monitor temperature, humidity, water flow and equipment operation status in real time with automatic alarm for abnormalities. Automatic generation of production ledgers and temperature-humidity curves facilitates production management and official inspection, reducing manual control errors.
