  • Hourly Capacity:7.5 tons
  • Expected Annual Output Value:Approx. RMB 0.26 billion
  • Employment :130+ jobs
  • Completion Time :October, 2023
Project Scope
  • Adopting ultra-low temperature fluidized IQF freezing technology, fresh shrimp pass through suspended cold air channels rapidly to realize non-adhesive individual freezing. Micro ice crystals protect meat cells and greatly reduce drip loss. Matched with intelligent quantitative glazing system for uniform controllable ice coating, finished products resist dehydration and discoloration during long-term storage, meeting strict quality inspection standards of high-end supermarkets and overseas importers in the Middle East.
  • Closed automatic conveying covers all procedures from fresh shrimp feeding, washing, peeling, pre-cooling and freezing to vacuum packaging, minimizing manual contact with aquatic raw materials. An independent Halal processing zone with full traceability control is equipped, supported by multi-stage disinfection and metal detection procedures. Complete batch records of temperature, humidity and production data support one-time passing of multiple international certifications including BRCGS, HACCP, Gulf GSO and Halal.
  • Water for washing, pre-cooling and glazing is recycled after multi-stage filtration and UV sterilization. All production wastewater is collected and treated to meet discharge standards. It saves over 60% water compared with traditional open aquatic processing, effectively cutting water consumption and operation costs in high-temperature regions and complying with local green manufacturing environmental policies.
  • The whole quick-freezing workshop connects to integrated intelligent central control platform, which monitors real-time temperature and equipment operation status of washing, pre-cooling, freezing and storage 24/7 with automatic sound-light alarm for abnormalities. The system permanently archives batch data including fishing origin, processing parameters, glazing ratio and logistics records, and complete traceability files can be directly used for customs and food authority inspection worldwide.
  • Equipped with exclusive -18℃ finished product freezer for mass storage of quick-frozen shrimp processed during fishing season, the project realizes concentrated production in fishing period and year-round continuous export supply, smooths seasonal aquatic price fluctuation, stabilizes export operating income and guarantees year-round shrimp supply for the Middle East market.
