Project Scope
- Adopting fully-enclosed design, the lines feature smooth conveying and accurate positioning to avoid secondary pollution of meat products. Key transmission parts adopt well-known brand motors and waterproof bearings, which have low failure rate and easy maintenance, supporting long-term continuous production.
- All equipment is made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with sterile conveying system, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, fully complying with national food safety regulations. The lines realize automatic feeding, positioning, impurity removal and fine cutting, greatly reducing direct manual contact and food safety risks.
- Equipped with intelligent sorting system, automatic packing and sterile packaging equipment, the lines can sort and pack products automatically by parts, weight and specifications. Finished products are uniform with high standardization, which improves yield and production efficiency while cutting labor costs.
- Connected to the group’s digital management platform, the system applies digital control and batch traceability. All information of processing, warehousing and sales is trackable. Each batch of products can be traced back to breeding sources, slaughter and cutting batches, realizing full-process food safety control.
