Project Scope
- The production line is customized according to the physical characteristics of beef carcasses, perfectly adapted to beef deboning, trimming and segmented cutting. With fully enclosed and stable conveying, it features high cutting accuracy, low material loss and improved finished product yield.
- All conveying and cutting equipment adopts food-grade 304 stainless steel and sterile conveying system, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to disassemble and clean, fully complying with food processing hygiene standards. It reduces direct manual contact and cross-contamination risks to ensure meat product safety.
- Equipped with intelligent sorting mechanisms, automatic packing devices and sterile packaging stations, the system can automatically classify and package products by weight and specifications. Intelligent equipment replaces repetitive manual work, greatly reducing labor costs and improving overall production standardization.
- Adopting digital production management and a complete batch traceability system, all links including raw material warehousing, refined cutting, low-temperature storage and product delivery are fully traceable, meeting the high-standard procurement access requirements of supermarkets, catering enterprises and foreign trade clients.
