Description
The Swing Impact Cold Room Door—also known as a free-swing or bi-directional traffic door—is widely used in factories, workshops, supermarkets, and the food-service industry. It opens in both directions and automatically returns to the closed position, allowing people, carts, and forklifts to pass quickly without manual operation, greatly improving efficiency and reducing labor.
The door features a stainless steel frame and panels with a polyurethane foam core (density 40–43 kg/m³, fire rating B1), providing excellent insulation, durability, and collision resistance. EPDM sealing strips ensure airtight closure, while protective bumpers and edge guards minimize damage during impact. Impact-resistant transparent windows offer clear visibility and enhance safety.
Optional configurations include a 36V electric heating system, PVC buffer hardware, and high-efficiency air curtains, making it ideal for cold rooms, refrigerated warehouses, and other high-traffic industrial environments.
