The Temperature Airlock Door is an insulated door with the panel partially embedded within the door frame, offering excellent sealing, thermal insulation, and a sleek, professional appearance. Designed for energy efficiency and smooth operation, it maintains a stable internal temperature while minimizing heat exchange.
The door features a PVC buffer panel with stainless steel hardware and 2 mm edge trim, an imported 7 mm thick AITOFU door curtain, and a sturdy outer frame made of 40×60 mm stainless steel square tube with 1.4 mm wall thickness. Reinforced stainless steel edge plates (3 mm thick) provide extra durability and impact resistance. The door is equipped with 36V electric heating to prevent frost buildup and ensure reliable operation in low-temperature environments.
