The new-generation Dual Spiral Freezer is a high-capacity IQF freezing system equipped with advanced Side-Drive technology. Its drum-free, tension-free dual-track structure integrates two independent freezing spirals in one cabinet, dramatically increasing throughput while maximizing floor space efficiency.
Compared with traditional single-spiral systems, it delivers nearly double freezing capacity with a similar footprint — ideal for large-scale continuous production. The fully open hygienic design eliminates sanitary dead zones for fast and effective cleaning, while the low-infeed / low-outfeed layout simplifies installation and optimizes production flow.
