The new-generation Single Spiral Freezer is a high-efficiency freezing system developed with advanced international technology. It features a drum-free, tension-free, track-based Side-Drive spiral structure, which completely eliminates belt flipping, greatly extends conveyor belt lifespan, reduces installed power consumption, and lowers maintenance costs.
Its fully open hygienic design with no sanitary dead zones enables fast and thorough cleaning to meet global food safety standards. In addition, the low-infeed / low-outfeed configuration streamlines production flow, and the system can be customized into multiple geometric spiral track shapes to match different factory layouts.
